The very best way is to park it inside a Car Capsule. It is a plastic capsule you drive in and zip around the bottom.
It has two zippers and I zip one all the way around to the passenger side hood so it matches the other zipper and let's me put the wire for the charger in.
There is a fan that runs and turns over the air 4 times per hour.
So no mice, no musty smell, no bugs, nothing setting on the paint like a tarp, can see the car through the clear bubble any time.
For about 300-350 and lasts for many years.
