Cute, but a little short sighted.

I had a Street Glide that was dynoed at 103/103. It wouldn't outrun a lot of sport bikes, but would make short work of 90% of the cars on the road. Only took 3K to get it there......

Congrats on the car. Excellent choice, love the color and drop top. The only way to fly! Enjoy, I'm sure you will.

Welcome to the forum and congratulations on finding a well-maintained C5 convertible.

Now ... about those leaves in your garage.

In all seriousness -- your weather today looks perfect for top down cruising (with the heat on) --- sunny and mid-forties

Why would someone want to come on here and insult half the forum?

Very nice ride. 02 is a good year and 47K is low mileage, but it was driven to keep everything lubricated. Good choice. You're going to like the C5, it's a great car. Might want to read the book "All Corvettes Are Read" to read about how the C5 came to be. Makes you feel even better about your choice.

Beautiful C5.

If you have to get up in the middle of the night, to go look in the garage, to make sure it's 'okay'... for a while, don't feel bad. Most of us have done that, and still do at times.

Maybe that's why someone coined the phrase 'Corvette Fever'?

Welcome,
Don

Although black (and hard top) is my thing, that is very sharp. If somehow I wasn't able to buy black it'd be a toss up between yellow and blue.
