ken bates....served in the Cold War 1961-1965, active duty U.S.Air Force
1961-1964, stationed at Ramstein AB, Germany. During that time, Ramstein AB was sent 2 F-104 Fighter SQDNs, and 1 RF-101 unit. During that time there was the Berlin Wall, the Cuban Missile Crises, and then in Nov of 1963 President Kennedy was assassinated.
1964-1965, Stead AFB, Reno, Nev

Just purchased my first C-5 last month.
