Hey Everyone!

I'm somewhat new here and was checking out the Events Calendar to see what events might be near me. To my surprise there wasn't much at all except for 2 in Florida and that was pretty much it!

Does anyone have any suggestions on how we can get this filled up with cars shows, swap and shops, etc. in the southeast Members might know of in their local area?

I don't know about you, but I'd love to take a nice drive and visit or enter a car show and check out everyone else's cars too!!

Just an thought!

It's winter so many have probably put their cars away. March/April is when you're going to start seeing the major Corvette events begin.

You should have a local Corvette club or two so you may inquire with them to see what they're doing. It's likely just going to be monthly club meets and/or for those like me that drive year-round meet ups at 'cars & coffee' -type events. C&Cs aren't too bad though since you usually see a large variety of nice rides.

Cindy - go to the applicable regional section of the forum and look in the Stickies at the top. There may be a thread on events in your state and other threads for neighboring states. I put together such a thread for Missouri, but all the events for 2015 have passed and I haven't got the one for 2016 ready yet so it may be the same for the Event Coordinators in your area.

Here's a link to your area's regional section of the forum:

Here is Arizona we have a web site called CruisinArizona.com. It has pretty much any and every event that's going on for any weekend during the year. That's the site I rely on. I would check your area car clubs and see what they do or how they find out about events.
