That link comes up Forbidden on my PC as well.
I think the OP needs to first clarify what manual he's looking for: Owner's Manual or Service Manual. He doesn't specify which. If he's wanting the Owner's Manual, he can get it here: http://www.c6registry.com/Technical/...02corvette.pdf If he's wanting the Service Manual, I'm not sure there is one. I think there is only a printed version but I could be wrong.
