Looks good! Have you ever considered finding the same shade of paint as the wheels and painting the front screens? I think they would look great color matched!

the truck is my brother in laws.he can do his own. Lol . It's his building. No idea who's rv. But I'd do the super sexy 69 ss/rs 396 that's under the cover next to my C5.

I've been looking for yrs for a color match and I've had no success, i like ur idea tho , never crossed my mind , thx
Yes the darker the silver the better but if you keep at it it will shine like other colours.
I have a silver Dodge 2500 and I can get it to really shine but a lot more work than a darker colour.
You know your a red neck when your favorite colour is SHINY!
Next time, save yourself some money, and use plumbers putty available at all hdwe stores.
Works every bit as good as a claybar, and cost only $2.49
Did my vette last year, and the finish is still smooth, and the shine is incredible.
Nice looking car and finish. FYI I bought a Nano Skin claying mitt from Amazon. It is easier to use and covers a much bigger area with less work. Result was very good and worked great on the glass as well.
Never would have thought about plumbers putty. Good idea and certainly much cheaper solution . That is why the forum is such a great way to get information.
