Default When a battery is replaced?

Just driving normal 40-50 miles sets all the computers back to factory specs? a/f ratio-max timing at wot? ect-

Yes, normal driving in closed loop mode will set the long term fuel trim which is then added to the fuel mixture during power enrichment mode ie WOT. If your running a stock tune and don't normally get lean codes with for example an air intake and cat back type upgrades I wouldn't worry about it as the power enrichment mode is already fairly rich so its unlikely you would do any harm anyway before the fuel trims were fully set. That being said I wouldn't go wot until the car is warmed up which in itself is enough time to start setting fuel trims. If you aren't on a stock tune or you have done bigger upgrades then my statements obviously don't apply.

STOCK factory tune--cruising 30-50 MPH should be good to go after about 40-50 miles--thx for your input
