The short answer is 'yes'- although I suspect the builders of those cars would take offense at being called "kits" . . .The C5 platform has been used extensively as the base for packages that resemble earlier year C1s and C2s.
In my view, they don't look quite right because the C5 platform is considerably larger-- but the finished cars are touted as having classic looks with more modern, comfortable drive lines and safety features.
They also have a price point of more than $125k. Otherwise, I've not seen other non-Corvette designs but I'm sure they're out there.

Yes I have seen some of those replica cars that were on a C5 chassis. Some looked pretty good, others not so much. And CQRT is right, they are very pricey.
