I recently became a Chadwick's user last year and haven't looked back. Been using it on my DD this winter as well to clean off the salt and keep her looking pretty (save for the occasional car wash to get the underbody). Great product!
I also think it's a nice touch that Neil leaves a handwritten note on the receipt thanking you for the business. Not sure if he does that every time, but it's happened for the two orders I put in so far.
Lordy I'm sick and tired (read=jealous) of you guys with these damn CLEAN cars..uncovered mine stays that way for about an hour in my carport...GGrrrrr....chadwick my butt !!
LOL reading back I don't want to offend you Chadwickers, but in my Dusty-*** town even 'ol Chad is fighting an Uphill battle when you own a Black vette... I got some Zaino, Mothers, Turrtle Shells etc etc..in fact my sled still looks pretty decent most of the time from a few feet away.

Curious so went to their web site to check it out. After watching the video, I was thinking OK, it's clean now, must be time for the wax. And that was it. I was really expecting something other than that. What am I missing here?

No waxing, that's the beauty of it. You really don't need anything else either because it works on everything interior exterior glass chrome whatever and he has the dressing also
Decided to put the stuff to the test on the old bike just to see how GOOD it actually cleans. Well here are the before and after pics of 45 minutes of not so hard labor
Did you spray over the top of the dust and such or wash first? Swirl marks or scuffs?
Ya rite onto the dirt no washing and that's about 4-5 years of sitting. Nothing visible as far as swirl marks it even did really good job of removing the heavier oxidation from the metal and chrome parts but they will need a little heavier cleaning but I'm quite impressed myself

Beautiful buckhorn'd Sportster BTW, (I ride a '95 myself) but back on track frankly I'm amazed, I mean how do you just spray over DIRT and crud ?? I would have liked to see pics of you applying the stuff..
anyway, Chadwicks might be the answer to my always dusty carport problem.
I guess I still don't quite grasp the concept of Chad's vs say Zaino or ??
Do I just cali-dust everyday ? what about mud rain dirt etc etc.

Can't answer your last question as I just started using the stuff myself. If you go to the website he has a video where he explains it all, you just spray it on lightly, let it sit for like 10 seconds and it softens the dirt and grime so as not to leave swirls or scratch. Then you just wipe it off rather easily with the microfiber towel. Honestly didn't think it would work as well as it did but with it being such a reputable product I just had faith in the fact that it would work as advertised

You spray it on a 4 foot spot at a time,(give or take) have two micro fiber towels, after it sits for a few minutes you take the first towel and IN ONE DIRECTION wipe it off (rotate towel as needed) then with the second towel you buff it to a shine. I can do my full size truck with a cap in less than 40 minutes. When your done your done no water dripping from mirrors and such !!!!!(I use three towels to do my truck)

At least with Chadwick's you can clean it fast !!! I do mine in less than 20 minutes, and no water dripping off mirrors and tail lights and stuff !!!!!!
Black is always a pain to keep clean but when it is WOW !!!!!!

I've used it wash the salt and crap off my daily this winter without any issues (I have before and after pics in another thread I started on this subject earlier this year... no pics of the actual application though, watch the videos that Neil has on the product website!).
As others have mentioned, you spray it directly onto the area and wait a few seconds for it to lift the dirt... but the other part of that equation is that you wet down the microfiber towel with Chadwick's as well, so it's a wet to wet surface contact. Then you wipe in one direction like akapounder mentioned, and buff to a shine with a second cloth. Everything comes right off... dust, road grime, salt, days old dried bird poop even!
Obviously there is some common sense involved too though. If you just went mudding with your truck and it's coated with an inch thick layer of dirt... take a hose to it first, let it air dry, and then use Chadwick's Triple Play.

Saxy, i feel your pain. Taking care of a black car like most of us want to is like being married to 2 demanding women...neither of whom are the 'right one'
I must state that this thread is the most consistent one I've seen in praise of Chadwicks. A friend of mine did a crystal red c6 and a nassau? Blue c5 with it. He felt that it left a "filmy" finish. Anyone encounter this?

I'm a pretty new user, but I've used the Chadwick's all winter, and I drive my car as long as it's not snowy or rainy, which is nearly all winter here. Only Chadwick's on it for at least 4 months now, no traditional wash/wax. I Chadwicked it last weekend and took this picture. I will do the traditional buffing/wax/seal etc on a nice day in the next few weeks and maintain with Chadwicks.
