Other Jerk off drivers!
This doesn't only pertain to being in the "Z" only it's every vehicle I own. I try to give able space "like your suppose to" between cars! How many of us have people that are so close to your bumper if you open the trunk they'd pull in!!!

happens all the time, I usually just slow down and make them pass or if I'm in my daily I might give them a little brake check... I have thought many times about mounting a small reservoir in the back with my old washer pump and install some squirter nozzles in the slots of the rear bumper and make a mess on their car when they get too close
... I haven't done it though, I really want to but then I know it could just escalate the situation even further and I would rather not have to exercise my 2nd amendment right if I don't have to

i get this a lot here in the Chicago area! my suv i keep a shiny stainless trailer hitch in all the time never comes out seams they dont get as close to my bumper when thats in there but in my c5z they really like to ride close! not sure if its cause it a corvette or just a small car? if i'm in heavy stop and go traffic and some one is riding really close if we stop i just sit for a while before i take off again once traffic gets moving they usually go around me after that of course i get looked at like i'm crazy lol

If someone is right on my bumper, it's a perfect time to wash my windshield. Spray goes all over their car, and usually it's enough to get through their heads that they're too close. It feels the best when they flash the high beams so you can do it again.
