Constant High Idle

Question for you Tech Guys,
My car seems to linger at about 2000 rpm after I push in the clutch and then suddenly drops to idle after I have stopped for about 10 seconds...MAF ?

good place to start !!!! vacuum leak ??? bad TPS ???

Miles? Year?

Color? Bodystyle? Social security number?

Okay so the bottom few may not be relevant, but mods and if it's been tuned are really important to know

my car seams to high idle some times when i come to a stop for 3 seconds then it will drop to normal, i dont have any vacuum leaks or codes curious myself
