As I said, a hyperflash harness will fix hyperflashing turn signals when LEDs are installed.
It seemed that you were referring to only the rear taillights and from the appearance of the harness it would only serve one set of lights. I thought all flasher lights were controlled by a single, central flashing unit like many of my previous cars.
I put SilverStars in my 4Runner and could never get a set to last more than 6 months. I think I was in the minority, but that is my only experience with any of the bulbs listed.
I tried the Silverstars, thought they were a waste of money. Tried the Toshiba high beams(now the Phillips) and they were great despite the warmth of the color. I tried the Piaa after giving up on cheap HID's and was pleased. I understand the Phillips 9011/12 are much better. I have them on the workbench waiting to be installed.
So I take it the Piaa are good. Let me know what you think of the Phillips 9012 (for the low beam) after you install them. Is it white light?

They were a solid improvement. But the Phillips are supposed to be better. Phillips color temp l think is 4300, so not as blue-white as a 5 or 6000. I learned all this from Daniel Stern Lighting. He has an extensive lighting-only website with lots of research and scholarly articles.
