Just installed LG long tube headers on my 03 Z06, everything went well except I can't get the rear most head head bolt in on the drivers side. All other bolts are good and tight, my question is will it make much of a difference if this bolt is missing.

loosen the bolts back up and loosen the midpipe from the collector as well so you can work the header back and forth as needed... it's a tight fit but you need to have all the bolts in place... I get all the bolts started by hand before I tighten anything down

Thank you for the help, looks like I will be unhooking some things and trying to get this last bolt in.
Well spent the afternoon unhooking everything and finally got that pesky rear header bolt in, few cut knuckles but worth it knowing I won't have any leaks.
Thanks for the help.

awesome... out of curiosity which headers do you have?... my old 1 3/4's from about 6 years ago were pretty easy to get the bolts lined up but I recently swapped to the newer 1 7/8's and they were a booger to get all the bolts in... I'm guessing the newer sets have tighter tolerances on the flanges

They are 1 7/8's and yip they are a bitch to get all the holes lined up.
