Can I get the engine and trans wiring harness all together and swap out with my m6 wiring harness? Or is it not that simple lol I've read about the rpm wiring harness needed. And maybe repinning some stuff but I didn't know if swapping it all would eliminate this stuff. thanks in advanced

You should just need the auto jumper harness, then reflash the PCM with the auto tune. You can get the harness from RPM transmission.
You will need the harness from RPM, or other vender, that will require inserting 16 wires into the connectors that go to the PCM. Very easy to do with a service manual.
You will also need the main harness that goes to the transmission from an auto trans car. This harness replaces the current harness in your manual trans car.
Thanks for the response. I have the auto swapped but used manual valve body. I have the service manuals too luckily. And have a buddy with hp tuners so I can switch over to auto pcm. I'll look for the jumper harness
