Default where does this go

I'm in the process of putting my cooling system back together and I think this may go on the top radiator cover but I'm not sure where. Can someone tell me where this goes?

Yes it's a bumper for the A/C line. Clips onto the cover.

To be a little more precise, it goes just above the line that are routed next to the radiator cover on the passenger side. It 'protects' the line from the sharp edge of the cover. Most of the time it just falls off.

with the above. I've had that bumper off mine for years and never had any problems with the hoses coming in contact with the edge of the top radiator shroud. Just check the clearance on yours.

You won't notice it until you remove the cover and later on see it lying on the floor. You then think where the hell does that go?

Yup, It's missing. Have to put it on my " Items Needed" list for Carlisle unless I can get one from Marc at VetteNutz
