Just got my 03Z back form the shop having H/C/I/E. My exhaust setup is ARH 1 7/8 with cats and Corsa Extreme. The car sounds absolutely wicked at part to full throttle.....almost like running straight pipes. If you look at the design I'm sure with my engine mods the exhaust is going right past the muffler. The best news is almost zero drone at cruising. You can actually have a conversation normal tone and yes you hear the exhaust but it's not bad. If you drive a lot this prob will be just a bit too loud for you if you have a cam/heads and headers. To compare I have ridden in an 02Z with a cam and headers with Borla Stingers and that also sounded great but had a deeper more old school sound. The Corsa does have a higher pitch and more Exotic sound. If you want a killer exhaust tone don't hesitate to try a Corsa system but honestly Borla,B&B and Corsa will all sound amazing and it's all personal taste. Good news is if you don't like what you buy I see all the time on here people trading cat backs. Here is a sound clip of my car at idle and its at operating temp. Cam is a 227/231 on a 114+1
Very nice! I've considered switching to an extreme....I currently have a Borla ATAK with a Cam & headers....and when I hear videos the extreme doesn't seem to be any louder than my ATAK.

I can't compare it to the ATAK but I promise you with the setup I have its beyond loud and aggressive at WOT.
I'm not trying to say any system is better than the other. I just want to share how happy the Extreme sounds on my car. Beyond my expectations and trying to decide cat backs watching youtube is hard because in person they sound louder and better and that goes for all systems. Here is a pic of the Extreme and as you can see if you have a modded engine the exhaust just goes right past the muffler acting like a straight pipe.

Sounds great. I've never really given any serious consideration to a new exhaust system, but those black diamond tips that Corsa sells are wicked.
I love the extremes I had the 4" tips looked awesome but after the addition of 383,headers/cam,supercharger on my vert it was just too much so I went to a Ti cat back, I hated giving up those tips they were purfect for the car IMO.
Sounds great! I've got the extremes, but the rest is stock. It sounds a bit like a motorboat at idle, but will be adding headers at Carlisle hopefully, hope it fixes that.
