Is the shifter properly attached to the shifter box (TIGHT)
Is the Shifter / lower box properly ZERO aligned?
Is the rubber bushings between the torque tube mount and the shifter box in good shape and not flexing?
Did you properly install the black slipper shoe on the ball on the new shifter?
