I have a base stock corvette axle back exhaust, there is only 26K miles on it, it's in good condition. Should I try to sell or just trash the thing? Personally I don't see why anybody would want the stock exhaust.
And I have 4 stock corvette rims, how much should I price them at, I would say they are in good condition.
Hi, when I removed the stock exhaust, I just ended up trashing it. Mine was in great condition, so I kind of regretted it.. for about 5 mins. But I doubt anyone would want the stock exhaust and if they did, what would you get... maybe $50? Wasn't worth it for me. You will probably be able to sell the wheels though. Especially if they are 5 spoke aluminum. They could be useful for someone's track car (to mount drag radials) or just as a spare replacement for road rash. You'd have to post a pic of the wheels for anyone to make a fair assessment though.

If someone was returning their car to stock they might want the exhaust, but a local sale would be about the only way it would be cost effective for them. You might get $50-100 for the exhaust.

One mans TRASH is another mans TREASURE...
It would be a nice gesture to, at the very least offer to give them to a fellow forum member in the part/for sale section...

FWIW, a couple years ago, I paid 50 each for OEM '01 chromed 5 spokes (front).
Shirl got the why - for spares in case something happen(s/ed) to the ones I have now...peeling, pitting, curb rash, etc)
At 50$, was too hard to refuse.

How old are you? Keep it for 20-30 years and the NCRS nit pickers will be all over that stuff, lol.
No offense to the hyper sensitive NCRS nit pickers. Rock On

About 10 years ago I bought a 98 red coupe with aftermarket exhaust, I think it was Bassani. I'm sure it cost the previous owner some good money. After driving the car for about 2 weeks was ready to shoot myself with the drone and noise. Bought the stock exhaust (mufflers) off craigslist for about $100, and I thought I had bought a new car. Don't get me wrong, I like a good sounding exhaust, but there is a big difference when it is just noise and drone.
Also, not sure what wheels you have, but craigslist is free, and even cheap wagon wheels can bring $200, 5 spoke $300+.
