2004 c5 low oil level on dic ?

2004 c5 low oil level on dic ?
changed oil 3 weeks ago .have driven the car maybe 30 miles.got in it today to take pics for insurance company.went to pull it back in when I started it low oil level pops up.checked oil level good.anything to look for.thanks

The oil level sensor is on the rear of the engine on the passenger side near the starter. If the message continues to appear I would check the wires to the sensor or the plug that connects to the sensor for damage. If the car has LT headers it is not uncommon for heat from the headers to cook the wires/connector.

went out to look at connection 8vette7 suggested.started the car to back out of garage and no low oil level on dic.shut off the car and checked oil right on the money.restarted car went through the gages everything good.went for a 10 mile ride no code.dont know what to think could battery be going dic shows 14.2 with car running.car starts strong.
