Harmonic Balancer 2001 C5 Z06
Hello all hope the weekend is treating you all great! Recently My harmonic balancer went out on my 2001 c5 Z06. Now I need to replace a few things. I plan on applying some form of forced induction within the next few years. I was wondering if you guys could provide me some knowledge on what brands I should buy to do this thing right the first time. I'm going after the harmonic balancer, belts, etc.

Sorry about the damper... welcome to the forum... you can do a GOOGLE search on the C5 damper... don't try the stinkin forum search it totally sucks... there is a TON of info and you need to do your diligence before this DIY project ... You should PIN it if your going to do Force Induction... I believe there is a sticky in the Tech forum about the Damper... Bill Curlee is kinda the HB Guru you might want to PM or address specific questions to him in the Tech Forum

Well... I just looked and there is NO sticky on the HB issue and there should be it is VERY common... We'll have to see if Mr Curlee will get one done... he IS THE MAN

Click on the C5 Tech section and then hit the search this forum button. Then type in Harmonic Balancer and you should receive a number of hits on threads that deal with the balancer issue.
