Moved to Florida. Steep entry/exits are normal down here to allow for rain runoff. If you're not scraping the front - your car's just sitting in the garage.

Never scraped the under carriage or the lower radiator support but I installed Fangs and the Elite Frame Rail protectors as a precaution.
I avoid large speed bumps and take steep drive ramps carefully and at angles.

How good are the Fangs? I've never scraped the under carriage, but the front guards take a lickin'.

You saying they don't scrape on you down here?!?

Fangs are LDPE covers that cover the lower radiator supports to take the impact and protect the metal supports. The LDPE material will just slide and since the don't protrude like the small roller wheel protectors they are less likely to incur an impact. So far I haven't seen any signs of scraping. I'm pretty careful.

Thanks Mike. I know what Fangs are. Actually, I have a set that I have to put on.

I was just shocked to read that you don't scrape down here. Entrances must be made much more gentle in Bonita than they are on Cape Haze. lol

My car is at stock height. The only things that have scraped on mine is the front air dam and infrequently the radiator support bars. I have installed a set of fangs to help with the radiator support bars and just replace the air dams when they get too scraped up.

Edit: added the radiator support bars after I had already posted. Only scraped them by getting to darn close to a parking block.

I lowered my car most of the way on stock bolts. As a precaution I wanted to see what the outcome would be and it's the same as others. Just the air dam will scrape on my driveway and some speed bumps. It sounds worse than it actually is. I plan on going all the way down on these stock bolts. And that's because I love how it looks, meaner, more sinister, and have gotten so many compliments on the stance.

This should clear most speed bumps.

Successfully out of the driveway at an angle with no scraping! Woot!
