Installed C5R front splitter

First, I got the front up on jack stands and removed the under fender plastic panels and front plate to gain access to the inside of the front bumper. I then used a couple of jack stands and various pieces of wood to test fit the splitter. Once I had the splitter aligned, I proceeded to drill
through the underside of the splitter and into the front bumper. I drilled 5 holes on each side, starting at the sides and moving toward the middle.
I then marked the side fender holes as best I could with painters tape and drilled those holes after taking the splitter off. I also put some 3M tape in between the drilled holes to help secure the splitter once mounted.

I repositioned the splitter back on the jack stands and starting bolting the thing on.

Easy to access the bolts and tighten then up through the front plate opening (I had previously drilled this open, as I have a screen in my front plate filler). The bolts on the sides were accessed under the bumper via the access panels.

All bolted up and secure!

Took her out for a test drive! Gotta really watch those driveways and speed bumps now!

If there is not a gap it will hinder cooling and modifications will need to be made to maintain cooling performance. I'm considering this piece myself as it looks great...just want to evaluate the fitment and if I will need to make additional mods for cooling.
