[Z06] collapsed radiator hoses??

collapsed radiator hoses??
Got back from a road trip a week ago. Today I decided to clean up the engine. I haven't started the car for about a week. I backed it out on the driveway and popped the hood. I noticed that both the upper and lower radiator hoses are collapsed. What do I need to do to fix this?? Car only has 12k miles on it. The coolant was flushed a few months ago. I have no idea how long the hoses have been collapsed. Car runs fine however.
