Performance Budget
I have an 03 z bone stock except for BB exhaust. Going to save over the winter and wondering (header, cold air intake) or cam? Each scenarios car would getting a tune. Just looking for best bang for my buck.

If you can only do one, headers is a good upgrade. If you're going to stay NA 1 3/4 is adequate. If your end game is SC, 1 7/8.

I'd probably start out with the headers and CAI. With a tune, you'll notice a difference.

The best bang for the buck IMHO has always been GEARs.
Open up the exhaust like mentioned above, a tune alone will probably surprise you with freeing up hp
Good luck!
If you are going on a dyno, try to get a baseline first and then see what each mod gains you.

New about 1200, used, can be found for 6-800. Hell even a fast 90 setup is awesome. I picked up .3tenths and 3 mph in my old 98 c5 switching from a ls6 intake TB, to a fast 90/90. You can also get 400-500 for your stock intake/TB.
