I was curious about the performance axle.. Mine has the 2.73 ,, I wonder if I would see a big difference ?

Mine too. Most of the time if I'm playing around its from a rolling start.
I doubt I'll change them, a lot to be said for awesome mileage and staying in 1st till 40.

The performance axle is a 3.15. Comes standard with the Z51 package on autos. Have it on my '04. Could be ordered as an option also.

Yes, you will notice a difference between the 2.73 and 3.15 rear gears.
