I have a squeaky brake and it is driving me crazy, it only does it when I come close to a complete stop, I haven't noticed it before I got new rims and tires back in the winter season, I got the place that installed the rims/tires to check the brakes they said the pads are fine, well something don't sound fine, how can I get rid of this problem? I was thinking about getting some really nice slotted and drilled rotors and brand new brake pads, but I don't have $800 bucks to spend right now. Help is needed thanks Pup

Expensive rotors are not going to solve your issue. What type of pads are they? You can pull the pads and lube the backing plates with high temp brake lube that may fix it. Did you go to bigger tires and rims?

Before I did my brakes, (rotors and pads) I looked at a YouTube video by Froggy and that was a big point he made. Using "high temp brake lube" for the backing plates, using thread locker and the proper lbs on the torque wrench.
I had the same issues and I replaced my pads/rotors. The squeaking happened after the dealer replaced one of the rear rotors. The front rotors were original to the car, I believe, and I figured it's cheap enough to replace the rotors/pads. The front pads were almost in need of replacement so it wasn't like I didn't need to do it. After that the squeak/squeal was gone.
One thing I found and what may have helped was brake quiet that you can purchase at any auto store. You put it in the location where the piston hits the brake pad. Essentially it's like an adhesive that keeps the pad attached to the piston so there's no excess vibration.
As others have said I bought some brake lube rated up to 3000 degree's that I used on the caliper pins as a well as where the brake pad nub rests in the caliper bracket.

Not my Vette, but I just changed pads and rotors on my DD Grand Prix.
Cleaned the clips where the pads mount with brake cleaner, then put a little brake grease on the tabs of the pads themselves. I also put a little on the back sides of the pads.
Really quiet and smooth. Make sure to bed them in properly too.

I don't know what brake pads are they, I have only had the car for 1 year and a half, the rims are the same as factory setup 17" front 18" rear. And I don't won't to try to fix it myself, don't have the tools or knowledge.

Your original post reads "its driving me crazy"....if it did that to me, I would get my hands dirty and do the fix....high temp brake grease on the pad backing plates. That's just me.

Macleod52 is right on the money. That's liquid latex in that bottle and it air dries to a rubber solution on the back of the pad. Stops the squeal.
Adam is also right. For street, low speed and even high speed auto cross stock rotors of good quality are going to do everything you need.
I recommend ( used to work there) NAPA ultra premium rotors and their Adaptive One brake pads. You are all in under $400 with new, quality brake parts. I've got 27,000 miles on mine and they are below half life but would still pass inspection if required. AND they still stop the car well.
