Belts - what are you using?

Does anyone have part numbers for the Continental belts? I am trying to get an order together and there are 3 different belts on the Summit site.
The three are:
CEL-4060798 79.87 inches
CEL-4060802 80.25 inches
and
CEL-4040420 42 inches
Not sure why there are two different sizes for the first two.
What is the 3rd one for?
My car is a 1999
