I tell you, These guys at Ecklers are awesome. In June this year, I ordered a set of yellow engine bay weather stripping. Two pieces, one that covers the length of the wiper cowl and one shorter one that covers around the battery tray, Well ,Nowhere in the instructions does it mention that you need to put adhesive on these to hold them in place, I assumed that the hood would hold it down in place, Well it turns out that the hood doesn't quite reach the battery tray weather stripping and through the course of driving it for two months now, I looked under the hood and "Bingo" the battery tray weather stripping was gone. Must have blown out underneath the car I'm guessing. Well , after talking with the nice guys at Ecklers about this problem, They are sending me out a whole new kit "FREE". And they are going to update their instructions to mention that you should use an adhesive to keep these parts in place so this doesn't happen to someone else. Again "Cudo's" to Ecklers . I have the same weatherstripping on mine only in red. I have no problems with the wiper cowl piece staying in place with no adhesive, and the battery tray one stays in place fairly well. I do not want to glue the battery tray one down as I install a battery den cover when I take the car to shows and it won't fit without taking the weatherstripping off first. I have never had the battery tray piece come fully off the mounting ridge though.

Good on them!
I was thinking of ordering an emblem from them.
