I'd try Youtube, probably loads of comparison vids. Make sure you compare apples to apples; base car to base car (higher compression and bigger cam of a Z06 will make for a louder car), headers or no, cats or no, etc.
I've heard from some that a direct swap, no other changes, isn't that much louder.

The Z06 exhaust will have a slightly deeper tone even on a base car. But it won't be as noticeable as say an aftermarket catback system.
If there are any more car shows in your area this year, try attending and see what exhausts some of the C5s have on them. Chances are the owners will be willing to start up the car so you can hear the various exhausts. Also, you could see if there are any local Corvette Clubs in your area and talk to them about what they have on their cars.

Thanks Jack, good idea. If he lives in Oregon he can listen to mine. Lol
If he reads this I can post a link (vid)that I have of the exhaust but my
LS1 had a head and cam change so it is a lot louder. It was the only exhaust that I didn't get a drone noise.
A couple clips of my car.
Wet weather going to work, shifting around 2500-3000RPM: https://vimeo.com/128896836
Nice sunny day in the Sunny Okanagan, shifting a bit higher: https://vimeo.com/151478781
As noted before; TSP headers, Magnaflow cats and X, stock Ti's. Keep in mind this is 10.5:1 vs. 10:1, and a healthier (stock LS6) cam, both will make the car louder than a stock LS1.
Anyone know of a soundclip comparing a base c-5 exhaust against a z06 exhaust? Trying to decide if a z06 would suit my needs, Thanks.
Z06 catback with long tube headers with this cam on a cold start it runs rich when i jab the throttle. after warm up its fine. 30 mpg on the hwy still even with built engine,, click on pic for vid
