Default Check Engine Light and codes question

Today for the first time my check engine light came on and stayed on. I read the codes and P0171 H P0174 H are only codes listed. They are fuel trim system lean banks 1 and 2 respectively. The check engine light returns on successive restarts. I assume these codes are the cause but not sure if perhaps something else is going on. The car seems to drive normally. Earlier today I had the A/C belt replaced during which the main drive belt was removed. I had driven the car home and went out to dinner and then after the light came on. Any advice appreciated.

Check the air plumbing between the MAF and TB for loose clamps, cracks in the rubber couplings etc

Also check out the hoses for the PCV system. Over time they rot and also allow unmetered air into the system which causes the lean codes on both banks..
My local speed shop didn't find anything loose etc. Goes in Fri. for diagnosis. Perhaps PCV valve or something.
