1st timer vette owner
I'm sure ya'll get these questions over an over but I just got a 02 c5 vert bone stock,i got a callaway honker on the way an some flowmaster 80 series an gonna have cats cutoff an keep h-pipe. Just doing this little to it do I need a tuner or have to get ecu programmed?

Unsure about the Callaway, don't think so... mufflers you're fine, but removing/gutting cats will throw codes. You need to have them tuned out.
Gutting them for more sound? Unless your cats are faulty/plugged, you might gain 5HP.
