Time for new seats
Pulled the trigger on new leather for our 99 vert. Decided to have Vette Essentials make a set of new leather seat covers, brake boot/handle, shifter boot/**** and center console cover. I finished the removals yesterday and fixed the rocking seat issue on the drivers side. I used shim kit from Corvette's Pacifica. The shims, tools, and directions were excellent.
The seats are heading off to a local interior shop for new foam and the cover install. Once I get 'em back, I'll update my post with new pictures. I thought about doing the seats myself but, I'd be sick if I messed up the new leather.
