Hello, i was wondering does anyone know where i can order replacement lenses for this type of headlight unit? i also circled a questionable area on the lenses where iam unsure if the previous owner cut the lens to make them fit correctly or if its the original design,
i attempted to contact breathless racing but the email address is not any good

wish I could help with the email address, but how do you like those headlights?
really sweet. IMO Chevrolet screwd up with the pop ups. I think you can wrap the headlight with clear wrap. I've heard some exotic car owners doing it with the windshield.

Try here for a mostly compatible lens, RadioFlyer is a forum bro here. The cut line you are referring to is original. That said, the Breathless headlights are garbage. The 4351 sealed beam low is anemic, and the high beam isn't even a high beam, it's a driving light. I ditched mine for the latest Stealth Light Cannons, which have their issues, but are much better than the Breathless. Now I'm working on something completely custom.
So, due to reasons, I have managed to break one of my lenses, too. I found out about one way that might work to repair them, depending on the type of crack. If the pieces fit flush without any gap whatsoever, you might be able to repair them with acrylic adhesive/solvent, Weld-On #3 or #4. I'll be trying it out in a few days.
Our lenses are based on the same design, but use a different material. The BPP lenses are acrylic which resists scratches, but are prone to cracking under the slightest stress or impact.
Our lenses are an impact-modified acrylic which is more flexible and can take pretty good beating (as well as machining/drilling) but are slightly more prone to scratches.
That being said, Bob_VII is right. The BPP optics are no improvement over stock.
