Default C5Z diff worth anything?
I have a Rick Kim built C5Z diff which I managed to shear the passenger side output shaft off into the axle. I'm not sure whether it would be worth it to have it fix and then sell or just sell as is.

They are a bit beefier than the base C5, I would think it would be worth fixing. Hell, if I had spare cash I would buy it as is for my car.

I had Rick build me a new one, and the case alone cost $750, so, yeah, it's worth money.

The Z case is shot peened for hardness. Worth a good bit.

it is the ring and pinion...sorry..the case only has the "Z" stamp...too much information in my head...my point this differential and case are worth keeping pulling the shafts and inspecting the gears.

Nope, that's it. I thought I blew the trans so I swapped a full c6z drivetrain and have no use for it. That's what I'm trying to find out. Receipt says 1400$ for the upgrades to it but I'm trying to get rid of it reasonably fast.
