I am considering installing an MP3 Hidden Hands Free Auxiliary Adapter in my 2002. Ecklers has it for $108.99 (stock #25-366709). I have a few questions. Does it have a jack to plug in a cell phone aux cord? If so, where does the plug go? Will it work with TuneIn radio or similar app? If anyone has installed one (or something similar) could you give me a rundown? I don't really want to replace my radio/CD player if I don't have to. Thanks in advance. https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...es/patriot.gif

wow ten post in ten years. I've posted a little more than that and have seen a few things here over 16 years.
Do yourself a favor, before buying anything electrical from Ecklars,
Give Dennis at DD mods a call. he will give you the right thing and tell you how to install it. There is no obligation to buy anything from him. He is a nice guy, always willing to help.
Good luck, he is an absolute expert when it comes to a C5 and its audio sensory technology

Yeah, I've been a little lax about checking the site for quite a while.. Traded my 93 for a 2002 in Sept which piqued my interest again. Thanks for the info. I will give him a call.
I tapped my vacant cd changer port to put a headphone jack in my car. has worked great for over 7 years. Stock stereo, easy install!
being an electronics luddite, could you advise on how to go about doing that? Unless the CD port is just a plug in jack on the radio side, I'd need some instructions. Thanks in advance.

Called Dennis today. He is going to fix me up with what I need, along with free advice on installation if needed. Thanks everyone for the input.
