Default Service Column Lock

I know, I know, another thread about the Service Column Lock message, but bear with me, mine's a little different.

I installed the LMC5 with the brown wire mod back when I first got the car a few years ago. That's not my issue. My "Service Column Lock" message appeared due to a low battery (I'm assuming)

We had a spell of really cold days here last week. I went out to start the car last Saturday morning and it barely turned over, didn't start and the Service Column Lock message popped up for the first time. I put the battery tender on it and left it for a few days. Went back out today and checked the battery with a multi meter and I'm seeing 12.67 volts on the battery. Car starts right up, but the Service Column Lock message is still displayed on the DIC.

Pulled and cleared all the codes. Had 1 for the Left Door Control Module, 3 for the right door and 1 for the Seat Control Module. I'm going to assume those were due to the low battery as well at this point. We'll see if they come back.

My question is why am I still seeing the Service Column Lock message after the low battery condition has been resolved? I haven't driven it since the issue appeared. Can I expect that it will go away with a few miles on the car or is there something else that needs attention?

Thanks!

Richard is the best - he just walked me thru the process despite my stupidity for pulling the wrong Fuse 23 (under hood instead of floor panel) - unbelievable customer service especially for a $40 part

Also works on computer problems.....with some problems, shut it down, pull the plug and wait a few minutes. My I.T. guy does this.
