Think of all the truckers who handle this sort of thing when there aren't any cameras around. My grandfather told a similar story, hauling cars in a Montana winter. The back trailer came perpendicular to the cab, but he saved it.

I watched the video, my only qualifications are that I have a cdl w/a doubles endorsement, in this video, the tractor, it's lead trailer and converter dolly all have rolling wheels(not that you can see any of that), what you can see is that the trailer is not tracking with the lead trailer, Gravity has it off to one side or the other because of the grade, the driver is basically guiding this conglomeration down hill in the ice probably throttle off and in a lower gear, the whole thing looks very much under control. Flame away!
