Help Pricing a Rear Diff.
I am looking for some guidance on what my rear diff is worth once removed from the car.
It is a 4.10 rear diff with hardened output shaft done by ECS out of an 02z. Diff. has about 24K miles on it with no issues of noise or leaks.

bump
I think I will probably just take it out and sell it outright. That way no one is waiting on my time frame.

My differential is now removed from my car and drained of oil, FYI.

Is it an ECS "stage" build, or built to C6Z or better components?

The diff. was just pulled by ECS, the gear changed, and installed hardened shafts (also be ECS).

My guess would be from $1250-1500.

I would say that is a conservative range; could be worth another hundred or so.
Curious - what did you pay for it? And when?

$1250 on special from ECS to remove my own stocker, change gears to 4.10, add hardened shafts, and reinstall.
I was thinking 1350+, so I am in the right range.

I think you are probably OK with the price you are suggesting.

Forgot to answer: this was years ago at ECS. 2009 I think. Prices for this work are higher now (it was a special anyway). I know as I spoke to Doug.
