I told my coworker i would ask about what brand of splash guards to get for his 1998 C5.
One of his is broke so he wants to buy a pair or a set..
I see alot of the Altec brand. Are they any good ??? Or should he try to get other brand..if any.
Oh and will have to be painted torch red.

I had and ended up removing the Altecs from my car, They were made of hard rigid plastic and I didn't care for them myself, ended up going with the wheel lip flairs, Cant remember the name but plenty others will offer up more details I'm sure.

I use a set of the Stealth Splash Guards from RPI Designs. They are big enough to help protect the side of the car (rocker panel specifically) and yet are not overly obvious that they are on the car - at least IMO. Plus they are very reasonably priced for splash guards.

I purchased my splash guards from L5 Motorsport two years ago for all four wheels.
I am very happy with them.
They have a web site showing them.

Plus they are very easy and fast on and off. The road grit really tears up the rockers and these nearly eliminate that issue.

No need to spend more than $40 on these, the price of the RPI splash guards.
They go on easily and are very unobtrusive but do the job. I spray painted mine with silver Duplicolor vinyl paint to match my car and they are almost unnoticeable.
