So I was unfortunate and got a nail in my rear driver side tire of my 2004 ZO6 on the way to the gym. Car started pulling, mile or two from the parking lot. Get out and the tire was flat, so I opened up the tire kit. Tuns out the sealant had expired in 2007, still managed to get a little into the tire and pump it up to 30psi. It held air long enough to get me home. Will be getting replacement tires come Friday.
That being said anyone have a idea where I can get a non-expired canister of tire sealant to replace the one I had?

Unless you have added tire pressure sensors to the wheels, just go out and buy a can of puncture sealant and keep it on hand. If you for some reason want to get an OEM can, you can check with a dealer or one of the major parts vendors here on the forum.
Tires sensor would have warned you of a low tire situation so you could just pump it up and get you home..I've always recommended tire pressure sensor so you would not be stranded, and would always be warned when the tires reached 25 psi. You can add TPS to your car.. and have the monitor turned on. Since you do not know until your car becomes unstable. a 25 psi warning would save a lot of grief. most leaks are slow leaks.
Slime has a TPMS safe tire sealant, available just about everywhere.
on my base 02, I keep a can of Fix a Flat on board. I used one on my wife's Mustang and it worked great. The can does state it is safe to use with TPMS. I see no expiration date. So I just replace it every 24 months.

So I am assuming your Wifes Mustang does have tire pressure sensors.
I have been wondering about this myself and I also have the new Fix a Flat stuff that states it's TPS safe. I've just heard so much about this issue I've been wondering if I could ever trust it.
