I recently bought a new fuel cap with tether. However, the piece that the tether attaches to is plastic and brittle which is causing the tether not to stay put. Does anyone know the name of this piece and possibly a part number?

I believe it's called"fuel cap tether hold down bracket swivel attachment bearing retainer clip adjustment anchor hinge pin" but I could be wrong.
