Default Holley Fuel Rails pic request

Seeing if someone could post some pics of their setup so I can get an idea of how to route everything. Will be installed on my Z06.

Here is mine. Same as I've found others have done.

I bought the kit through Jegs, but you may find it more beneficial to just buy the rails and get your own line and fittings seperate. Price it out, you may be able to do it for less overall.

Driver's side rear has a -8an plug.

Crossover to the passenger rail via two -6an 90* fittings and two -6an adapters. (You can skip the adapters if you choose to do -8an lines and 90* fittings). The rails are actually -8an openings.

Passenger rear has a -6an adapter to a 45* fitting. Route your line behind the intake (I wrapped mine with a heat sleeve to prevent the line from rubbing on the firewall).

Other end of line has a 180* -6an fitting. The OEM line gets removed on both ends and is not reused. I then have a hardline adapter attached to the fuel hard line at the firewall, then the 180* fitting simply connects to the adapter.

I hope this helps. I tried following Toque's site but he didn't list a few things which had me confused a bit early on. My fittings are a mix of Holley (from the kit) and Red Horse Performance--thanks to the recommendation from a fellow member and they happened to be local to me. From Redline I bought the 45*, 180* and hardline adapter.

You will likely need to remove a bracket at the back of the intake on drivers side. If you are not planning to remove the intake, you can get a dremel back there to cut it off.

I drew up schematics of my fuel and meth systems as I was assembling them just to document as I went along. These are basically what I have to date.

Fuel

Meth

I actually spent quite a bit of time using two sets of Holley fuel rails to mock up billet fuel rails along with a custom direct methanol injection setup with adapters I designed. In the end, I scrapped the idea as it was taking too long to get the parts I needed to finish it. I ended going with a direct injection setup from NX. Was a fun project, though.
