fuel flow question
I am going to put some Techron (Techtron?) in the gas tank for some preventative maintenance. I read previous threads about fuel flow. It seems that when the tank is filled part of the fuel is diverted to the right tank from a splitter, then a siphon pump in right side sort of refills the left tank while the car is running. At least that's the way I understood it. So my question is: With the gas tank(s) full, if I dumped in the additive, how much, if any, would go into the right tank? 50/50, 75/25, 90/10? The car is in storage and will not be running, and probably won't be run until spring. But if running it is necessary to mix the additive between tanks, that could be arranged. So when it is run, will the additive mix fairly evenly as the gas is circulated through both tanks? And if so, about how long would that take? Thanks in advance for any input.
