The AJ Hartman canards are the real deal race parts, and are truly functional. If you want to add canards, do the real thing

What use a C5 computer to run an LS7?????

#1 reason NOT to do it is that the knock sensors will never work as well as they should no matter what you do.

Knock is something I WANNA KNOW ABOUT.... And installing an LS7 just to do a "conservative" tune is silly.

EVERY stick car NEEDS 4.10s. You're crazy if you don't think so.

A stock C5 motor with bolt on's and 4.10s makes it last forever and is plenty powerful.

If you gotta go crazy, a small cam will be really fun.

Back in highschool..... We all know the guys that put Holley 750 double pumpers on their stock 305 engines....

Sounded like a good idea..... But didn't work so well...

Installing a giant motor just to compensate for the issue EVERY VETTE HAS..... LACK OF REAR GEARING....

Is silly in my book....

Totally agree with this! 4:10 was the best thing I have done to my. Makes 6th gear usable. Saves stress on drive train etc....

As far as the canards go.....I personally don't like them but it is your car and if other people don't like them and you do....who cares....

I run Hartman. Canards are only half the ticket. You need a
functional splitter ( like a APR) to make the downforce you
need. Also too much downforce on the front and nothing on
the rear means trouble.

Like I said before I have no idea how they did it but it has been done before. Look it up. Videos everywhere. I don't believe it to be witchcraft.

A street car will never need a canard for other than looks.
But if you race they produce downforce and if you have enough horsepower the drag will not hurt you.
I went with the Hartman canard.
Good luck.
Yup "AJ Hartman" you can either get full set 4 or just two 2. Upper or Lower . With serval canards option. Get a front splitter first see how your downforce is and then canards if you trying to go on track having both makes a difference, then go for side skirts or a wing ARP 250 , etc.
