H/C guys, got a question
Do any of you have H/C and not upgrade the oil pump? Do you think I'll be ok without upgrading my oil pump? How much power will the stock oil pump support?

Would probably depend on how many miles were on it if I would replace it or not, I'm still running the stock pump, h/c, has 40 thousand on it now and had about 16 when I first started modding and put the cam in

I've got 21k on the car. How much power you making? Have you had any issues?

Got my car back up and running Wednesday night after a heads/cam/intake swap and decided not to replace the oil pump during the swap. Reason being that the engine had great oil pressure before I tore it down and it provided the same great oil pressure after the swap.

About 490, never any oil pressure issues I think u would be fine with your mileage but would still replace the o ring between the pump and pick up tube
