I will let others chime in buy I think the main reason for the lenses to discolor is due to heat from the turn signal bulb. If this is the case then the hazy/discoloration is on the inside of the lense and you'd have to figure out how to disassemble the housing (not even sure it's possible) and work from the inside out. The previous owner put LED's in and bought new clear lense housings that look much better IMO.

Would be interested in how it works if you do go ahead and try it. I ended up just replacing my turn signal housings but it was really due to some minor cracks and the fact that the DRL had melted the top of the housing.
I used similar products, this one is not unique by any stretch. I would personally replace (with some REAL cool ones) before trying to rejuvenate front signals. They are real cheap, like $55- a pair. As for the tail lights a good acrylic polish works fine as the abrasive sanding will damage them. As far as headlights well they are glass as far as I can tell and would not benefit.
