One down, one to go.
While I have the consol apart, I removed the hvac box because the pesky old lights were, for the most part, not working, and the one that gives the temperature was so dim I couldn't read it.
I know many on this forum have rebuilt their own by soldering the circuit boards, but I am not good at that, and want to send it out to be repaired.
There was mention of some doing that, but no mention of who they sent it to for repair.
Any one know of someone who repairs these things?
Thanks,
Bob.
You really cannot screw it up. I have done very little soldering in my life. Gave it a shot and even with doing a crappy job it was good enough to fix it. And if you fail then send it out.

Left the consol out though because I removed the hvac box.
That dim light problem, and only two of the fourteen bulbs are working.
I could solder the 241'S, but the bulbs is another project I would rather leave to someone else.
I ordered another unit from Corvette Solutions tonight.
I will be getting it with the white led's to match the other lights in the dash.
Man I couldn't believe all the crud buildup under the consol.
Now that it's out, I have some cleaning to do.
This forum is the greatest;.
Once again, a big,big thanks to all who gave me advice with the problems I was having.
Bob.

Congrats on getting the switch sorted!
