I recently put a glass top on My 2001 C5 and redid all the weather stripping for my driver side , passanger side windows and the top . But water seems to leak through the the little holes on the weather stripping

either the weather is defective, or there's just not enough pressure to give a complete seal.
You could add a compound over the rubber to seal it
