Ti exhuast: Question for metal workers
If my ti exhaust doesn't sell (it was cut), can it be melted down and turned into something else? Like a knife? Or sign?

Love the first reply, but I do think the OP is serious. 
AmbulanceDriver; just be ready for low ball offers. I'm thinking $150-200 could be about right.

You ask if they can be melted down and turned into a knife or sign??? What does that even mean? Is that your way of asking if there is scrap metal value to them? Where have you ever seen a sign made of titanium? Also the stock exhaust could not be any easier to remove from a c5, takes like 5 minutes work, not sure why anyone would cut it off... anyway, they can be rewelded but it's going to cost someone money to find someone familiar with welding ti.

I'm aware it can be I didn't install the exhaust a muffler shop did, don't understand why he did it but its been done can't really magically make it go back together just because I get upset.
