Although I'm not familiar with the replacements, I know that Gene at Cultrag Performance sells the OEM end links for around 110 dollars. These are the improved version over the kind that was on the early C5s. He is a forum vendor and a class guy.
When I was ordering sway bars from him he very easily could have sold me end links also. Instead he told me he didn't think I would need them based on my car being an 04 with 60,000 miles. He was right and therefore also earned my business in the future.
I would just check with Gene to see if his is an upgrade from the ones your looking at.
Good luck with them.
Ok , didn't get much a response on this . I went ahead and ordered a set . Just got them they look well built . all 4 for about 45$ includes shipping and handling .Will be installing later today.
Just go for it - I replaced mine not long ago and they are making noises already - if you track it at all they take a beating. I have these boxed and waiting to go on...
Was under the Vette today and noticed the sway bar links are in bad shape . Has anyone used the ones from carparts.com ?
Tom, they look very similar to a pair that were on my 2000 Hardtop when I bought it in '04. They were still functional, but since the other two were the plastic ones and in bad shape, I changed them all out for adjustable ones from Vansteel.
I haven't tracked the car, but wanted it to be ready if I ever did. The ones you bought should be fine, but if you do decide to track your car, you may find them lacking in short order.

My originals were plastic, and they were beat....
I did the Johnny O/Pfadt bars, and they came with the adjustable double-heim jointed ones. I ran them for 3 years, and they were a bit noisy, so I swapped them for some Moog p/n# K750136's, and they were still noisy, but only because I couldn't get them tight enough without a really thin 18mm wrench to go between the joint and bar....I ground a cheap open-end thin and re-tightened, and nice and quiet now.
